Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code, all consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for goods purchased through our website.

✅ Guarantee Period

The legal guarantee applies for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the goods.

Depending on the complexity of the installation and where specifically provided for in the applicable commercial documentation, an additional warranty period of up to five years may apply.

What the Guarantee Covers

The legal guarantee of conformity covers any lack of conformity existing at the time the product is delivered, including:

A product that does not match its description or the use normally expected from it
A defective or incomplete product
A product that does not have the agreed qualities or performance characteristics

Your Rights During the Guarantee Period

If a lack of conformity appears during the guarantee period:

You are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge, excluding any shipping costs that may lawfully remain payable
If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may request a partial or full refund
No fees will be charged for exercising the guarantee, including return, inspection, or assessment costs where covered by the legal guarantee

❌ What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use or incorrect installation
Repairs, interventions, or modifications not authorised by the manufacturer
Products exposed to abnormal operating conditions, including frost, excessive pressure, or extreme heat beyond the stated technical specifications

We will contact you within 48 hours to explain the next steps, which may include return, repair, replacement, or further inspection.

Other Warranties

In addition to the legal guarantee of conformity, you may also benefit from:

The warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code
An additional commercial warranty, where one has been purchased or provided, subject to the conditions set out in the documentation supplied with your product

“The seller shall deliver goods that comply with the contract and with the criteria set out in Article L.217-5. The seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time the goods are delivered.”
