These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed through the website https://blazeblock.fr/ by consumer or professional customers.

2. Products
Blazeblock designs, manufactures, and sells preventive fire-spread protection systems, primarily the Hydrodôme and Hydrojet ramps.
These systems are designed to limit the spread of vegetation fires by creating a peripheral water curtain around a property and spraying water over the surface of the roof.
Our products are intended for domestic or professional outdoor use and are designed to operate:

When connected to a pressurised water network or an external pump

Using water from a swimming pool, tank, cistern, well, or any other source containing clean water
Each product is tested to ensure that it complies with the advertised safety requirements and technical specifications.
Detailed technical specifications, installation recommendations, conditions of use, and specific limitations applicable to each product are described on the product pages available on the website and in the instruction manual supplied with the product.
Customers must read these documents in full before placing an order to ensure that the selected product is suitable for their needs and intended use.
Photographs, illustrations, diagrams, and 3D renderings displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.
Minor differences may exist between the visuals displayed and the actual product, particularly due to manufacturing batches or ongoing technical improvements.
In case of doubt, customers are invited to contact Blazeblock before placing an order.
3. Prices
The prices of products sold through https://blazeblock.fr/ are displayed in euros, including all applicable taxes, at the time the order is placed.
The prices include delivery costs, which are specified when the order is finally confirmed and are not charged separately.
The total amount payable is clearly displayed before the customer confirms the order.
Blazeblock reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without prior notice. However, products will be invoiced according to the prices in force when the customer’s order is registered.
In the event of an obviously incorrect displayed price, regardless of the cause, including a computer error or manual error, Blazeblock reserves the right to cancel the order, even when the order has already been confirmed and paid.
The customer will then receive a full refund.
Occasional promotional offers may be made available. These offers are valid for the period indicated and while stocks last. Blazeblock reserves the right to modify or cancel an offer without prior notice.
During a pre-order period, when an order is cancelled by the customer, Blazeblock reserves the right to retain between 10% and 15% of the total price, including taxes, to cover logistical expenses, particularly for orders involving custom-made parts, provided that this condition was accepted in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale when the order was placed.
For product returns that do not fall within the statutory right of withdrawal, such as a commercial return or goodwill arrangement, Blazeblock reserves the right to deduct up to 20% of the total amount paid, including taxes, to cover administrative and logistical costs such as delivery expenses.
This deduction will only be applied when the customer has previously agreed to it.
Furthermore, in the event of a non-compliant return, including a damaged or incomplete product or a product returned without its original packaging, Blazeblock may apply a deduction corresponding to the reduction in the product’s value, in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code.
4. Orders
Any order placed through https://blazeblock.fr/ constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The ordering process includes the following stages:

Final confirmation of the order, with an obligation to pay
The customer will receive a confirmation email summarising the products ordered, the amount paid, and the delivery details.
This email constitutes acknowledgement that the order has been received but does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
Blazeblock reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including an unusual order, suspected fraud, or a previous dispute with the customer.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Blazeblock cannot be held responsible for consequences resulting from errors in the information provided by the customer, particularly an incorrect delivery address.
If a product becomes unavailable after confirmation of the order, Blazeblock will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer either a refund or an equivalent product.
5. Payment
Orders must be paid for online by payment card through the secure Stripe payment platform.
All payments are protected by an SSL encryption protocol, ensuring the confidentiality of the information transmitted.
Blazeblock does not store the customer’s banking or payment card information at any time.
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
The order is only confirmed after the payment has been approved by the relevant financial institution.
If the payment is refused or an irregularity is detected, the order will be automatically cancelled.
An invoice will be issued after confirmation of the order and sent to the customer by email.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when the order is placed.
Customers are responsible for checking that their information is accurate before confirming the order.
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, BZB cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries.
Deliveries are carried out by a third-party carrier, currently UPS, selected by Blazeblock.
Estimated delivery times are generally between 15 and 21 working days for shipments within Europe and to the United States, including during pre-order periods.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the delivery location, or exceptional circumstances, including strikes or adverse weather conditions.
Blazeblock will make every reasonable effort to comply with the announced delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by an event of force majeure.
Shipping costs are already included in the final price displayed on the website.
Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must inspect the condition of the product.
In the event of damage, including a broken product, damaged packaging, or missing items, the customer must clearly record their reservations on the delivery receipt and notify Blazeblock within 48 hours, providing supporting photographs.
In the event of a lost parcel, delivery error, or logistical dispute, Blazeblock undertakes to open an investigation with the carrier and keep the customer informed.
When the carrier is found to be responsible, a replacement product will be dispatched or a refund will be offered, depending on the circumstances.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Individual Consumers
In accordance with applicable law, consumer customers have a period of 14 days from the date on which they receive the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured, customised, or specifically ordered according to the customer’s requirements.
During a pre-order period, each order immediately results in an order being placed with our suppliers. Consequently, no cancellation or refund request can be accepted before the product has been received.

8. Warranties
Our products are covered by two statutory warranties at no additional cost to the customer.
Statutory Guarantee of Conformity
The statutory guarantee of conformity, provided for under Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code, is valid for two years from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects that make the product unsuitable for its intended use or that mean the product does not correspond to its contractual description.
Warranty Against Hidden Defects
The warranty against hidden defects, provided for under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, may be exercised within two years from the date on which the defect is discovered.
This warranty covers defects that were not visible at the time of purchase and that make the product unusable or significantly limit its intended use.

Following an assessment, Blazeblock will offer the customer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a full refund of the product.
Return costs relating to an accepted warranty claim will be covered by Blazeblock.
These warranties apply provided that the product has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with the instructions provided in the manual and on the website.
Any damage resulting from misuse, non-compliant use, incorrect installation, or insufficient maintenance is excluded from the warranty.
9. Liability
Blazeblock cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper, inappropriate, or non-compliant use of its products.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Excessive water pressure exceeding the stated technical limits

Installation on an unstable or unsuitable surface

Use in the presence of an active fire in breach of the safety instructions

Unauthorised modification or alteration of product components
The user is responsible for ensuring that:

The product is used under the intended conditions and for outdoor use only

The water source and mounting system are suitable for the configuration of the building

The ramp is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure that it operates correctly
Blazeblock accepts no liability for damage resulting from natural or exceptional weather events, including strong winds or extreme heat, that may affect the performance of the product.
Under no circumstances may Blazeblock be held liable for loss of business, loss of data, loss of profit, or any other indirect or intangible damage resulting from the use of its products.
The user remains responsible for assessing fire risks and implementing appropriate evacuation measures.
The Hydrodôme and Hydrojet ramps are preventive and complementary systems. They do not replace emergency services, firefighters, evacuation procedures, or fire alarm systems.

Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available through the link displayed in the website footer.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute relating to the performance, interpretation, or validity of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer is invited to first submit a complaint to Blazeblock by email at:
Blazeblock undertakes to respond to all requests within a reasonable period and to seek an amicable resolution.
If no amicable solution is found within 30 days, consumer customers are entitled to refer the dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code.

If no amicable resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent French courts.
For professional customers, the court having jurisdiction over Blazeblock’s registered office will have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other legislation.
They were originally drafted in French. In the event of a dispute or difference of interpretation, the French-language version will prevail.
In the event of a disagreement regarding the interpretation, performance, or validity of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
For professional customers, the Commercial Court having jurisdiction over the location of Blazeblock’s registered office will have exclusive jurisdiction.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read all applicable legal provisions relating to their purchase and fully and unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
