Our system uses the principle of evaporative cooling : under 4 to 5 bar of pressure, each spray ramp can deliver 40 litres/min (Higher flow rates possible), with part of the water instantly evaporating, absorbing heat energy, while the remaining water keeps surrounding surfaces at around 100°C, well below the auto-ignition threshold.
The double kit includes :
2 high-strength alloy spray ramps, discreet and easy to install (no drilling required), including their mounting brackets and pre-assembled accessories (screws, caps, fittings, nozzles, pressure gauge, etc.).
A professional 10-bar electric pump or a 7.8-bar gasoline-powered pump delivering 300 L/min (6 bar with a 25 mm reducer).
All required fittings and hoses for immediate installation, including:
2 pump connectors: 1"/20 mm + 1"/25 mm external diameter (Ø)
1 flexible Stahlmann stainless steel hose, 20 mm diameter, 30 metres long (structural temperature resistance up to 600°C) or EPDM hose with sleeve, depending on requirements
2 hose clamps: 18–20 mm diameter (Ø) + 1 hose clamp: 25 mm diameter (Ø)
5 discreet 20 mm wall-mounted pipe supports
25 mm reducer for gasoline-powered pumps, including additional clamps if required.
